Come to The Neuro Nest where we have designed a space to target neurological recovery and support long term wellness.
The Neuro Nest is located right off of I-65 at 15 Southlake Lane, Suite 125, Hoover, AL 35244. Parking is free and the building is accessible to all mobility levels.

Your assigned Doctor of Physical Therapy will provide a comprehensive assessment of your deficits, functional level, and current areas of concern at our clinic location. A thorough evaluation will lead to an introduction into treatment, initiation of education, and discussion of your unique plan of care.

Complete comprehensive assessment of your positioning and mobility needs in order to prescribe the most appropriate custom wheelchair option to maximize your independence.
This session is coordinated with a local vendor and includes documentation for your insurance provider to cover the cost of your wheelchair. This session may also include the ability to demo recommended equipment.

These services are offered in your home or other community location of your choice.

Payment Policy Neuroactive Therapy is an out of network provider. All services are private pay as we do not bill insurance providers. This allows us to focus our efforts on each client and provide the level of care the research shows will make the most impact on recovery.
We always recommend that our clients use their insurance benefits with an insurance-based clinic and use our services as supplemental. We are here to provide more frequency, intensity, and specialization to your rehab program with therapist’s whose passion is neurological rehab. We work alongside your insurance covered therapy or can provide services once you have reached your insurance limits on therapy.
